Plan to arrive 15 minutes early
The aim is for you to RELAX, arriving early will ensure you receive a complimentary warm foot compress.
Do remove jewelry
It is best not to come with any jewelry on, especially for facials and massage.
Do communicate with your spa therapist
Please advise your therapist if the pressure of the massage is too firm or if a particular area is ticklish or painful, this will help the therapist alter their technique.
Do try to remove all clothing except your briefs for massage
Only areas being massaged are exposed all other areas are covered with a sulu. If you feel uncomfortable, then only do what feels comfortable for you.
Don’t speak too loudly
In respect of other clients please ensure to speak with a hushed tone.
Don’t forget personal hygiene/health conditions
Please notify therapists at time of booking if you have any medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, skin conditions, and allergies or if you are pregnant. Also ensure to bath prior to your appointment.
Don’t eat a heavy meal prior to your treatment
Have a small digestible meal before your treatment, eating heavy meal and lying down may cause nausea or an upset stomach during your Fiji Day Spa and massage treatments.
Don’t get up straight away
After a long treatment, try and relax for a few minutes after the therapist has left the room. Take 5 minutes to take some deep breaths, getting up too fast may cause dizziness.
